A Ticket number will be assigned should you choose to send your product to us for repair. In-warranty products require pre-paid shipping to us, Hitachi pays the return. An estimate of repair will be provided prior to any work performed. An evaluation fee + return shipping applies should you wish us to return your product unrepaired. Loan requests are accepted for In-warranty or extended warranty contracts only. Inquire with your local Hitachi sales representative for extended service contract details. Package your product well to avoid shipping damage and always use a traceable shipping method until confirmation of the receipt of your camera product is communicated by us.
