Please fill out the form below to request In or Out of warranty service for your Hitachi products. We will confirm receipt of your request via Email. A Ticket number will be assigned should you choose to send your product to us for repair. In-warranty products require pre-paid shipping to us, Hitachi pays the return. An estimate of repair will be provided prior to any work performed. An evaluation fee + return shipping applies should you wish us to return your product unrepaired. Package your product well to avoid shipping damage and always use a traceable shipping method until confirmation of the receipt of your camera product is communicated by us.
